It is an amazing occasion and appreciated at a grass roots level that has to be seen to be believed.

After watching the impact of my First Library i have decided to try make everyday a Mandela Day.  Join with me if you are willing as a donor, private or corporate and lets see how may children we can give the gift of hope, education and literacy through the delivery of a Mandela Day school library. The chance to become a valuable member of the country and their surrounding community rest with all of us joining forces to make the next generation great.

Every cent counts, but most of all these libraries cater to primary school children and last for at least 15 years. With an average of 1000 children per school that's a lot of positive energy and influence you and your organisation can have.

Donations of R 10 000.00 or more are eligible for code 700 Socio-Economic development certificates or section 18 A tax certificates so please ask if you want one.
